Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics under Chinese Academy of Sciences held the structural roof-sealing ceremony for its infrared physics and optoelectronic technology R&D building on November 10, 2010.

　　　　　 The personnel in charge of the project have overcome various difficulties and challenges including rainy season and high temperature to meet the scheduled date of roof-sealing. 

　　　　　 They made commitments to continue their efforts in perfecting the project, paving the way for acceptance checks of its structure before the spring festival.
