The Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (SITP, CAS) and the Australian National University (ANU) signed an agreement concerning collaborative research in the field of infrared photoelectronics on Nov 5th, 2011. SHEN Xuechu, Academician of CAS and C.Jagadish, Professor from ANU signed the collaboration agreement on behalf of each side respectively.

ANU is one of the famous universities in the world and Professor C.Jagadish is a famous specialist in semiconductor research. In the past decade, SITP and ANU have established a good relationship with each other. The new collaboration agreement will enable both sides to further drive the development of infrared photoelectronics.
